Background
Sanabil Capital is an established broker aiming to expand its presence legally in the UAE by acquiring an SCA CAT 5 license. Despite working with two consultants prior to us, the client remained unlicensed, delayed, and stuck with incorrect application processes that put the entire operation at risk.
The Challenge
Sanabil had already submitted an SCA application through a third-party consultant, which was poorly structured and non-compliant with SCA’s requirements. This not only caused severe delays but also risked rejection and potential blacklisting from further submissions.
In addition, the client lacked access to suitable payment solutions that aligned with SCA regulations, making it difficult to onboard clients and process deposits effectively.

- Restructure & Resubmit the SCA Application
